IFK Vaxholm was one of 80 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016. They participated with one team in P06-Lätt/Medel.
In addition to IFK Vaxholm, 28 other teams played in P06-Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Vaxholm could be found in Group 3 together with AIK FF P07 U, FC Järfälla 1 and IFK Lidingö FK 2A. IFK Vaxholm continued to A Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Djurgårdens IF FF P07-7 with 1-4. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF 4 won over Syrianska FC and became the winner of A Slutspel in P06-Lätt/Medel. IFK Vaxholm comes from Vaxholm which lies approximately 14 km from Djursholm, where Boys & Girls Spring Cup takes place.
