In addition to the two FC Järfälla teams, 27 other teams played in P06-Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof FC Järfälla 1 could be found in Group 3 together with AIK FF P07 U, IFK Vaxholm and IFK Lidingö FK 2A.

FC Järfälla 1 continued to A Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against FC Djursholm P07 with 0-7. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF 4 won over Syrianska FC and became the winner of A Slutspel in P06-Lätt/Medel.

FC Järfälla also participated in P04-Svår during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2015. They reached the 1/8 Final in P04-S Slutspel B, but lost it against IF BP 13 with 2-3.
