Syrianska FC made it to A Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF FF 4 with 4-6. Thereby Syrianska FC finished second in P06-LM A Slutspel during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016.
