In addition to the four Djurgårdens teams, 25 other teams played in P06-Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Djurgårdens IF FF P07-7 could be found in Group 4 together with Stureby SK, IFK Lidingö FK 2B and IFK Stocksund Blå.

Djurgårdens IF FF P07-7 continued to A Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Hammarby IF FF 4 with 1-6. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF 4 won over Syrianska FC and became the winner of A Slutspel in P06-Lätt/Medel.
