In addition to the three Apollon Solna FK teams, 30 other teams played in P2015. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Apollon Solna FK Vit could be found in Group 2 together with Enebybergs IF Vit, Bällsta FF Röd, Vaxö AIF 1, Bele Barkarby FF Grön 1, Djurgårdens IF FF 7:1, Täby FK 3:Svart and IFK Lidingö FK 16.
