In addition to the two Vaxö AIF teams, 31 other teams played in P2015. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Vaxö AIF 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Enebybergs IF Vit, Apollon Solna FK Vit, Bällsta FF Röd, Bele Barkarby FF Grön 1, Djurgårdens IF FF 7:1, Täby FK 3:Svart and IFK Lidingö FK 16.
