Hammarby FF 4 was one of 80 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016. They participated with one team in P05-Lätt/Medel.
In addition to Hammarby FF 4, 11 other teams played in P05-Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Hammarby FF 4 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Lidingö FK 5, IFK Österåker FK and Danderyds SK 2. Hammarby FF 4 continued to A Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Österåker FK with 3-5. In the Final, AIK FF P06:U won over IFK Österåker FK and became the winner of A Slutspel in P05-Lätt/Medel.
