In addition to AIK FF, 11 other teams played in P05-Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof AIK FF P06:U could be found in Group 1 together with FC Djursholm 3, Danderyds SK 1 and Spårvägens FF.

AIK FF P06:U made it to A Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Österåker FK, which they won with 4-1. Thereby AIK FF P06:U won the entire A Slutspel in P05-Lätt/Medel during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016.
