In addition to FC Djursholm, 7 other teams played in F06. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Stocksund 2, Vallentuna Damfotboll and IFK Haninge F06/07.
FC Djursholm continued to A Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against AIK FF with 3-4. In the Final, Saltsjö-Boo IF won over AIK FF and became the winner of A Slutspel in F06. FC Djursholm also participated in F04 during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2015.
