In addition to the three Brommapojkarna teams, 17 other teams played in P06-Svår. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IF Brommapojkarna 4 could be found in Group 4 together with IF Brommapojkarna P07:1, Syrianska FC and IFK Stocksund 2.
IF Brommapojkarna 4 continued to A Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Aspudden-Tellus with 6-7.
