In addition to the three Brommapojkarna teams, 17 other teams played in P06-Svår. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IF Brommapojkarna 17 could be found in Group 1 together with Sollentuna FK 1, Stureby SK and FC Djursholm 2.

IF Brommapojkarna 17 made it to A Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF FF 10 with 2-4. Thereby IF Brommapojkarna 17 finished second in P06-S A Slutspel during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016.
