Hammarby IF FF 5 was one of 80 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016. They participated with one team in P06-Svår.
In addition to Hammarby IF FF 5, 19 other teams played in P06-Svår. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hammarby IF FF 5 could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Stocksund 1, AIK FF and Kista Galaxy FC. Hammarby IF FF 5 continued to B Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FC Djursholm 2 with 2-3.
