In addition to the three Brommapojkarna teams, 17 other teams played in P06-Svår. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IF Brommapojkarna P07:2 could be found in Group 2 together with Sollentuna FK 2, Hammarby IF FF 10 and IFK Lidingö FK 3.

IF Brommapojkarna P07:2 made it to B Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Jarlabergs IF, which they won with 3-2. Thereby IF Brommapojkarna P07:2 won the entire B Slutspel in P06-Svår during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016.
