In addition to the two FC Djursholm teams, 31 other teams played in P2015. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof FC Djursholm Röd could be found in Group 1 together with Apollon Solna FK Svart, Djurgårdens IF FF 5, Bällsta FF Grön, Bele Barkarby FF Blå 1, Enebybergs IF Svart, Spånga IS FK 5:Blå and IFK Viksjö Blå.
