In addition to the two Vaxö AIF teams, 31 other teams played in P2015. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Vaxö AIF 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Sundbybergs IK Central 2, Djurgårdens IF FF 6, Täby FK 3:Blå, Apollon Solna FK Röd, Bällsta FF Vit, Bällsta FF Svart, Bele Barkarby FF Grön 2 and FC Djursholm Svart.
