In addition to the two Brommapojkarna teams, 10 other teams played in F2011-Extra Svår. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IF Brommapojkarna U could be found in Group 1 together with Värtans IK 1, Sollentuna FK and Tullinge TP FK Grön.
