IFK Österåker FK was one of 43 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2018. They participated with three teams in P09, P07-Lätt/Medel and P07-Svår respectively.

In addition to this, IFK Österåker FK have participated in Boys & Girls Spring Cup before. During Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2017, IFK Österåker FK had 5 teams playing in P09, P06-Svår, P06-Lätt/Medel and F06-Lätt/Medel respectively. The team in F06-Lätt/Medel made it to the the in Vidare speland won it over IFK Stocksund Vit by 3-0.
