Mälarhöjdens IK was one of 43 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2018. They participated with 6 teams in P07-Extrasvår, P07-Lätt/Medel, P07-Svår and F08-Lätt/Medel respectively.

In addition to this, Mälarhöjdens IK have participated in Boys & Girls Spring Cup before. During Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2017, Mälarhöjdens had one team playing in P07-Extrasvår. The team in P07-Extrasvår made it to the the in Vidare spel, but lost it against Djurgårdens IF FF 2 by 3-3.

Mälarhöjdens comes from Hägersten which lies approximately 12 km from Djursholm, where Boys & Girls Spring Cup takes place.
