Vasalunds IF

Vasalunds IF was one of 69 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2017. They participated with four teams in P09, P06-Extrasvår and F07-Lätt/Medel respectively. The team in P06-Extrasvår made it to the the Avslutningsmatch 3 in Vidare spel, but lost it against Boo FF 1 by 1-1.

In addition to this, Vasalunds IF have participated in Boys & Girls Spring Cup before. During Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016, Vasalunds had one team playing in P06-Extrasvår. The team in P06-Extrasvår made it to the the Semi final in A Slutspel, but lost it against Hanvikens SK by 1-4.

Vasalunds comes from SOLNA which lies approximately 7 km from Djursholm, where Boys & Girls Spring Cup takes place. The area around SOLNA does also provide 63 additional clubs participating during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2017 (Among others: IFK Haninge, Jarlabergs IF, Saltsjö-Boo IF, IF Brommapojkarna, Danderyds SK, Sörskogens IF, Vendelsö IK Vendelsögård, Täby FK, Viggbyholms IK FF and Skogås-Trångsunds FF).
