IFK Lidingö FK 4 was one of 80 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016. They participated with one team in F05.
In addition to IFK Lidingö FK 4, 9 other teams played in F05. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Lidingö FK 4 could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Österåker FK 2, Täby FK, IK Frej Täby and Boo FF Röd. IFK Lidingö FK 4 made it to B Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against FC Djursholm, which they won with 2-1.
