In addition to the two Brommapojkarna teams, 15 other teams played in P05-Svår. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IF Brommapojkarna P06:1 could be found in Group 2 together with Vallentuna BK, Spårvägens FF and AIK FF Vit.

IF Brommapojkarna P06:1 made it to A Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IF Brommapojkarna P06:2, which they won with 6-2. Thereby IF Brommapojkarna P06:1 won the entire A Slutspel in P05-Svår during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016.
