In addition to Skogås-Trångsunds FF, 11 other teams played in P06-Extrasvår. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Skogås-Trångsunds FF could be found in Group 3 together with Hammarby IF FF 3, Syrianska FC and Rynninge IK Örebro.

Skogås-Trångsunds FF made it to A Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Hanvikens SK with 2-3. Thereby Skogås-Trångsunds FF finished second in P06-ES A Slutspel during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2016.
