In addition to AIK FF U, 19 other teams played in P05-Svår. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof AIK FF U could be found in Group 4 together with Tullinge TP FK, IFK Stocksund 1 and IF BP 17.

AIK FF U made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IF BP 2 with 1-4. Thereby AIK FF U finished second in P05-S Slutspel A during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2015.
