Boo FF 4 was one of 147 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2015. They participated with one team in P05-Lätt.
In addition to Boo FF 4, 27 other teams played in P05-Lätt. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Boo FF 4 could be found in Group 7 together with Hammarby IF FF P06:10, IFK Stocksund 3 and FC Djursholm 2. Boo FF 4 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Österåker FK with 0-4. In the Final, IFK Österåker FK won over Hammarby IF FF 5 and became the winner of Slutspel B in P05-Lätt.
