FC Järfälla was one of 147 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2015. They participated with one team in P04-Svår.
In addition to FC Järfälla, 31 other teams played in P04-Svår. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof FC Järfälla could be found in Group 2 together with FC Djursholm 1, Åkersberga BK:BlåXS and FC Djursholm:Supermix. FC Järfälla continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IF BP 13 with 2-3. In the Final, IF BP 13 won over Danderyds SK and became the winner of Slutspel B in P04-Svår.
