Enskede IK was one of 147 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Boys & Girls Spring Cup 2015. They participated with one team in F04.
In addition to Enskede IK, 11 other teams played in F04. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Enskede IK could be found in Group 2 together with Boo IS, Älvsjö AIK FF:Vit and Danderyds SK. Enskede IK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IF BP 7 with 3-4. In the Final, FC Djursholm won over IF BP 7 and became the winner of Slutspel B in F04.
